- Base Salary: LKR 80,000 - 120,000 (💰 plus performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and skills)
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
📈 Execute and Optimize Paid Campaigns
- Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (80%), Google (10%), and TikTok (10%).
- Execute daily 24-hour campaigns, ensuring timely launches and optimal performance.
💡 Monitor and Enhance Performance
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and make real-time adjustments to meet key goals.
- Work efficiently with multimillion LKR budgets, driving high ROI and scalable growth.
🎯 Contribute to Revenue and Growth
- Acquire 5,000 new customers monthly through paid campaigns while maintaining a CAC below 1,000 LKR.
- Ensure ad campaigns achieve a 5:1 ROAS and scale monthly revenue from 10M LKR to 100M LKR within 12 months.
KPIs to Own:
- Customer Acquisition: Bring in 5,000 new customers monthly through paid ads.
- Cost Efficiency: Maintain a CAC below 1,000 LKR.
