Position Details

  • Position: Project Manager – Airbnb & Blisscove Wellness Center
  • Company: Blisscove & Airbnb Property
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Base Salary: LKR 50,000 - 70,000 (💰 with performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and skills)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

🏡 Manage Airbnb Operations

  • Handle guest communication, bookings, and reviews to create 5-star experiences.
  • Coordinate property cleanliness and maintenance with service providers.
  • Optimize the Airbnb listing for visibility and competitive pricing.

💆 Oversee Blisscove Wellness Center

  • Plan and coordinate wellness sessions and activities.
  • Maintain a welcoming, pristine facility for all clients.
  • Manage customer bookings and ensure exceptional service.

📊 Streamline and Enhance Operations

  • Monitor and optimize budgets for both properties.
  • Implement efficient processes for seamless operations.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and satisfaction.

🌟 Collaborate and Lead

  • Work with vendors, contractors, and staff to deliver excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards.

KPIs to Own:

  1. Guest Satisfaction: Maintain 90%+ positive reviews on Airbnb and customer satisfaction at Blisscove.
  2. Occupancy Rate: Achieve 80%+ occupancy for the Airbnb property.
  3. Revenue Growth: Increase monthly revenue through optimized bookings and efficient operations.
